     Why does it hang up after I send or receive email?

     Your computer hangs up after you send or receive email because of an option set in Outlook Express. To fix it, first open up Outlook Express.  Next, click Tools from the top menu bar.  Move your mouse down to Options and left-click your mouse.  Now, select the Connection tab from the window that opened.  Under Dial-up make sure the Hang up after sending and receiving box is not checked.  Click OK to save.
